School Supply Drop Off

School Liaison NSA Bethesda with USAA, MWR, and United through Reading will be distributing gently used and new school supplies to military-connected students with access to the base installation at a Back To School Event August 7, 2025 in the Warrior Food Court.

Drop off your unwanted, gently used, and new school supplies! These much-needed school supplies will help young people be prepared for a new successful school year. If you are wondering what to give and/or receive, think about the basic supplies a student in kindergarten through twelfth grade will need for the up-coming 2025-2026 school year.

Timeline/Drop-Off Locations: School Supply Drop-Off June 30- July 31, 2025 (Monday- Friday) at MWR Com Rec Ticket Office Building 239 (Z Lot) or Navy Exchange(NEX) Bethesda.

Accepted Items: Paper, pens, pencils, rulers, backpacks, pencil containers, dividers, binders, composition books/notebooks, markers, crayons, rulers, glue, uniforms, highlighters, tissues, and hand sanitizer are all valuable!

Back to School Event/Supplies Distributed: Back to School Event August 7, 2025 (Thursday) at Building #62 (Warrior Food Court) from 11 am to 1:30 PM. Open to all with base access. First come, first serve.
